Fatal Business 2

Fatal Business 2: Legacy Awakened is a solo-developed project submitted as my final assignment for my first semester in Tech Design at FIEA. Awarded "Most Innovative Mechanics" from a team of industry judges, the core design concept for this game was "combat-based movement." Alongside these mechanics, a key component of the development process were the in-editor dev tools I programmed to assist in level design.

 

Palette Parry

Palette Parry is a prototype game built with a team of five for Rapid Prototype Production at FIEA. The theme of this two-week assignment was "make it fun," and we pursued the idea that the traditional "parry" mechanic in games makes for great moments. I was in charge of programming the character controller and game feel, ensuring that this colorful arcade experience was satisfying and entertaining.

Baba's Baristaria

Baba's Baristaria is another game built for Rapid Prototype Production! Built amongst a team of five, we were tasked with creating a mobile game. We decided to make a game akin to Papa's Pizzeria, featuring a simple, hypercasual game loop. My primary responsibilities were the design of the game loop and the implementation of order cards, artwork, and clock.

 

Ultimate RPS RPG

Ultimate RPS RPG is a solo-devleoped prototype I made as part of my application for grad school, made in two weeks.  The prototype is a real-time RPG game that combines traditional rock-paper-scissors (RPS) mechanics with character coordination and on-the-fly strategy. This design was inspired by titles like Final Fantasy VII and Warrior’s Way

Signal Surge (WIP)

Signal Surge is an ongoing project conceptualized by the United States Air Force to train new Airmen in network infrastructure and security within deployed environments. As the game designer and project lead, I am responsible for ensuring Signal Surge is both a genuine educational tool and an engaging, approachable experience for incoming troops.
