Crimson Knight

For our Capstone projects at FIEA, the entire cohort was tasked to write game pitches that each of the four teams would draft. I was the primary author and designer when it came to fleshing out Crimson Knight, a souls-like ARPG which was picked up by Squinky Studios for Capstone.

 

WRATH

WRATH is a strategy game I designed for Game Design I during my first semester at FIEA. We were challenged to build a game design surrounding a work in the public domain, and I chose The Iliad. This presentation serves as a showcase of my PowerPoint skills, and was one of the few projects to receive a 100/100 on the grade scale.

 

The Epic of Blokar

Modeled after classic Nintendo Power magazines, The Epic of Blokar was written as a challenge to design a game without health points. The project is an outline for a retro open-world puzzle game! The approach to this design was giving the player multiple options to tackle puzzles in the overworld.

 

Caverns and Creatures

Caverns and Creatures is an asymmetrical horror game, written for a game pitch competition at FIEA. Inspired by my analysis of Dead By Daylight, this game seeks to put the power back into the monster's hands, all the while motivating victims to take risks. As far as competition goes, Caverns and Creatures won 10th place out of 32 contestants.
